SUV Crashes into Bronx Bus Stop Leaving One Woman Injured
Sunday morning, July 29, 2012, a SUV crashed straight into a Bronx bus stop. The accident left a woman critical condition.
The Ford SUV was driving down the road and about to cross the White Plains Road and Westchester Avenue in the Parkchester section. The SUV then went straight into the bus stop which left a 27 year old woman pinned under the vehicle. When she was freed, she was sent to the Jacoby Medical Center.
The woman remains in critical condition and as for the driver of the SUV, they suffered injury as well. There is no speculation on whether or not the driver was intoxicated and they have yet to be charged.
This accident is quite unfortunate. However, it proves evident that an accident can happen at any given moment.
